Detailed Description of the Property
SDP Buffalo Ranch is a working horse ranch. There is heavy equipment and vehicles in operation during working hours. Do not interrupt or impede operations or you will be asked to leave. Your safety is our primary concern, do not go into any barn or building unattended with the exception of your rented stay at The Guesthouse at SDP Buffalo Ranch.
Property is gated. You will need a gate code during non-business hours. All guests are to enter property through the back gate off West Ridge Road.
Security cameras throughout the property.
Designated Parking for 1 vehicle. If more space needed, arrange with the host before arrival.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 1 king size bed, 1 pullout bed. 1 full bathroom.
Kitchen Amenities: Range, microwave, dishwasher, dinning utensils, coffee maker, washer & dryer.
Living Space: Kitchen Table with 2 chairs, 2 extra chairs in the closet, 1 couch, TV, Wi-Fi, and selection of board games.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy seating overlooking one of our stocked ponds which fishing is available, to see the famous Texas sunrises and sunsets! Fire pit seating for campfire fun or s’mores. We will gift a bundle of wood and have skewers available.
