Step By Step Instructions to the Studio
Once you get to Highway 2871, continue until you reach Westridge Road. Turn on to Westridge.
Once you turn down Westridge, continue down the road until you reach our SDP Buffalo Ranch sign. Turn in to the property.
Drive through the gate. It should be open, if not, please call Jane and she will give you the passkey. Drive up the property.
Once you reach our office building, take a left, and then a right when you reach the back of the building.
Down the alley, just past the chicken coop, is the Studio. Please park your vehicle in the strip by the tree. There is 1 parking spot reserved.
If you have any issues finding the Studio, please call Jane using the phone number provided in your email.

The Studio Rules:

No pets. Your animals are safer not on this property.

No smoking or vaping indoors.

Please do not flush anything down toilets other than normal use. Feminine products not included.

You will see staff near and around the Guesthouse. They live here and are great people. Say hello, they will say hello back.

Please respect who we are, what we do and how we feed our families. You will have an enjoyable and memorable time at the ranch!
Guest Guidelines & Ranch Etiquette:

Supervised Horse Areas Only: While we encourage you to enjoy the sights, please stay out of barns and stallion areas unless accompanied by a staff member.

No Feeding or Approaching Horses: For your safety and the well-being of our animals, do not feed or handle any horses without staff supervision.

Respect Ranch Operations: The ranch is a working facility, so be mindful of ongoing activities and equipment.

Quiet Hours: Out of respect for our ranch staff and animals, we kindly ask for quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. The chickens in the coop next door will let you know when it is time to be loud again in the AM!

Important Notice: SDP Buffalo Ranch operates under the Texas Equine Activity Limitation of Liability Act (Chapter 87, Civil Practice and Remedies Code), which recognizes that equine activities carry inherent risks. By booking a stay and participating in any ranch activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Guests are required to follow all ranch rules and refrain from entering restricted areas, including horse barns and stables, without supervision. A liability waiver must be signed before participating in any equine activities or experiences. We are committed to providing a safe and memorable experience, and we thank you for respecting ranch policies.
